A beginner dispatch school with real-world roots.
Freight Desk Academy teaches what a truck dispatcher is, from zero — then slowly adds trucking-business detail.
The school is run by Paki Logistics LLC (MC 1316919 (motor carrier number) · DOT 3730823 (Department of Transportation number) · SCAC PAIJ). Joe Uyar runs a real carrier. That is why you can trust that we know the industry — not a reason to copy our private desk software into the lessons.
What we teach
The dispatcher job, the freight chain, a calm day plan, beginner scripts, reading loads, simple rates, follow-through, ethics and a 30-day plan.
How we teach
Patient, plain English. One-line definitions. Stories and examples. Week-1 drills. Dispatching first — business details later.
What we don’t sell
Automatic job placement. “Authority in a box”. Income guarantees. Permission to fake an MC. A copy of one company’s internal SOP wiki.
- Tell the truthNo spoofing, no double-brokering, no fake promises.
- Go slow to go farBasics first. Speed comes with practice.
- Respect driversThey do the hard part. We make their day easier.
